POWERPOINT

 

PowerPoint presentations are still a great way to communicate your message live in front of a group of people. You can vary the pace of your presentation, you can go back to emphasize a point, or you can skip through things that may not be of interest to your audience. These are things that you cannot do with a video. And while there are many advantages to video, the ability to be interactive with your audience is a major limitation to plain video.

Once you have your PowerPoint presentation ready, do you have the equipment to project it? Do you have a sound system and microphones so people can hear you? We have the equipment and for those who have hired us to create a PowerPoint presentation event, we provide the equipment at no extra cost to our hourly time rate. Our Epson 77C projector has been used for an audience of about 150 people and our Fender PD250 sound system with Sure microphones has been used for an audience of around 200 people. We can provide the appropriate connections to support a DVD, CD, and iPod for whatever sound tracks you want.

Some companies have years of PowerPoint presentations and we can convert them to video and insert them into video as needed.
